Cuff Size
To obtain an accurate reading, it is important to use the correct cuff size. A cuff that is too small will result in a higher than expected reading and a cuff that is too large will result in a lower than expected reading. With your arm hanging at the side of your body, measure the circumference of your upper arm at the midpoint between the shoulder and elbow. If the measurement is 9” to 17”, this is the right cuff size for you.
