Important Note - Read Before Purchase
This 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 inch solid urethane insert only fits the metric size 62-203 tire. It does not fit the 57-203 tire. Confirm the metric size of your existing 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 inch wheelchair tire by looking on the sidewall of your tire.

Made from solid urethane, this insert takes the place of a standard air filled inner tube giving you the peace of mind you will never get a flat or have to fill the tire with air. Since they are re-usable, you will save on inner tube purchases in the long run.
Installation Note
Installing a solid urethane insert is a little more difficult. The process is similar to installing an air filled inner tube and tire onto a rim, but is made more difficult because the insert is the size of an inflated inner tube (normally the inner tube is inflated after it is installed with a tire onto a wheelchair rim). A little bit of patience and tire installation lever bars can help.
