	CAP or CAP PLY as it has been referred to is an added layer of material that is under the tread area and runs from bead to bead. Generally used in Kenda Premium Downhill Tires as a puncture resistant material designed to prevent pinch flats.
	L3R Stands for Low Rolling Resistance Rubber compound. The benefits are as the name implies: Low Rolling Resistance and increased tread life. Typically a tire with L3R compound weighs less than the same tire with normal compound.

This is a pneumatic tire and requires an inner tube. Choose to add an inner tube with a schrader valve when ordering (a schrader valve is the standard bicycle / car tire type valve). You can choose from a standard or thorn resistant inner tube (thorn resistant inner tubes are made from a much thicker material helping to reduce flat tires caused by a variety of objects such as stones, glass, doorway thresholds, etc). It is best practice to replace the inner tube when replacing a tire since inner tubes can exhibit wear and fatigue especially at the seams with prolonged use.
