Choice of Tire
These 25 in. (559) 3 Spoke X-Core® Wheelchair Wheels are available with a choice of tire. Choose from the following:
Shox solid urethane tires sized 25 x 1 (559 mm) and available in black. This tire is completely flat free. Equivalent to 110 psi.
Primo Racer pneumatic Wheelchair tire sized 25 x 1 in. (20-559) and available in light gray, blue, red, and yellow. All tread colors feature black sidewalls. Max PSI 110. High pressure inner tubes included.
Anodized Handrim
The 24 in. (540) 3 Spoke X-Core® Wheelchair Wheels come with an all silver anodized handrim attached with 6 rivnuts. The handrim is approximately 7/8" away from the aluminum wheel.
Hub Width
The all aluminum hub is securely mounted to the spokes using advanced epoxy and measures 2 1/16" (52.4 mm) - measured from outside bearing to outside bearing. Two know if this hub width will work with your existing axle, simply measure the existing bearing width of your existing wheel from bearing to bearing. Most quick release axles have an adjustment to account for slight differences in hub widths.
