Measuring your existing wheelchair caster:
Purchasing the proper wheelchair caster is as simple as measuring the old one. Even if the size is written on the existing caster, you still want to make sure the hub width and bearing size will be correct. Properly measuring will ensure you order the correct caster and prevent an installation headache and the hassle of sending them back.

Good but iffy., July 13, 2022 By Ken (Hilton Head Island, SC)
When inserting axle for the wheel the bearing pushed out easily. Although the spacers will hold in the bearing, a press in bearing should not be that easy. Also, they did not include an axle and spacer kit nor did I see it offered as an add on. It is functioning fine though.
