Important Size Note
Primo calls this a 6 x 1.5" size, the tire is actually 5 7/8 x 1 3/8".
Matt Aluminum Finish
Instead of the usual polished aluminum hub, Primo has chosen a matt finish for this model for a more understated look. The matt finish resists finger prints and dirt and is easier to keep clean.

This 6 x 1.5 in. Primo Sentinel Soft Roll Aluminum Wheelchair Caster assembly will replace 6 x 1 or 6 x 1.5 inch caster wheels found on Quickie, Top End (Invacare), KI Mobility, Motion Composites, and many other wheelchair brands. If switching from 6 x 1", make sure your caster for is wide enough between the forks. Some TiLite wheelchairs use 3/8" ID bearings and these caster wheels will not work. Regardless of wheelchair brand, it is always advisable to confirm your size using the guide below.
Measuring your existing wheelchair caster:
Purchasing the proper wheelchair caster is as simple as measuring the old one. Even if the size is written on the existing caster, you still want to make sure the hub width and bearing size will be correct.
