This tire fits the both the front and rear of the Q6 Edge HD and the Q6 Edge Z. It comes completely assembled ready to install.It is advisable to very you have the Q6 Edge HD or and the Q6 Edge Z model wheelchair as their are several other Q6 Edge models. If you have one of the other Q6 Edge models, it may be this caster assembly instead.
