This arm assembly is a direct replacement for the desk length arm assembly found on the Invacare 9000XT and 9000XDT Wheelchair. Also works for converting your full length arm rest 9000XT and 9000XDT Wheelchair into a desk length model.

Direct replacement for arm assembly on the Invacare 9000XT or 9000XDT Space Saver wheelchair (the rear mounting for the side panel is slightly behind the seat cane)
Features a solid aluminum frame for durability and a composite side panel to keep it lightweight
Desk length design allows the wheelchair to roll up to a desk or table
Hole spacing for the armrest pads is 5 1/2" apart
Choose to add armrest pads in black vinyl, black nylon, or black urethane

Desk Length Size
This arm assembly is the desk length size. It is called desk length because the shorter armrest pad allows the wheelchair user to roll up to a desk or table and get closer (part of the arm assembly slides under the desk or table). If you currently have full length space saver arm assemblies you can covert to the desk length size. To confirm your existing size, measure your existing arm pad to 9 or 10" for desk length and 13 to 14" for full length.
Which Side Invacare Wheelchair Arm Assembly to Purchase:
You can order the right or left arm assembly or choose to order both. To determine the correct side, note either the left or right side while seated in the wheelchair.
Optional Arm Pads
This arm assembly does not come with arm pads. You can add the following arm pads when ordering:
Vinyl - features foam padding covered in black vinyl set into a plastic base
Nylon - features foam padding covered in black nylon set into a plastic base
Urethane - solid rubber like material cast over a metal rail. This material is very durable, easy to clean, and is latex free
Important Invacare Arm Assembly Fitment Notes
This model arm assembly is for Invacare Space Saver wheelchairs only with removable fixed height arm assemblies. An Invacare space saver wheelchair has the rear post slightly behind the seat back and the plastic clothing guard wraps around the rear post. It is very important to verify this as Invacare has several options for arm assemblies on these wheelchairs and they are not interchangeable. This model is not the replacement for the non-removable flip up arm assembly.
