Shipping Policies and Rates

Most items ship by the next business day. Holidays may delay your ship date and we do not ship Saturday or Sunday. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or labor disputes in the shipping industry.

Products carried by are shipped from our facility or from a manufacturer distribution center depending on the item.

To keep prices low, we ship with FedEx Ground, UPS ground, United States Postal Service Priority Mail, or United States Postal Service Ground Advantage. Larger or heavy items ship LTL on a common carrier. The method of shipping is determined by which distribution center the item you purchased comes out of, and in some cases the size and weight of the item. In all cases, you will receive an email with the method of shipping and a tracking number. We currently ship to a valid street address in the United States only (see below for international shipping). If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, additional freight charges will apply in most cases. We will contact you before the item(s) ships for approval of the additional charge.

Note: LTL (Less than Truckload) is the method of shipment for items that are too big and heavy for UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service. LTL generally has a longer transit time once shipped and these services are all curbside delivery only meaning they will not bring the item to your door. Once you have been contacted to schedule delivery, it is important to have help available on the delivery day if needed.

We employ flat rate shipping charges for most items. The freight charges are based on the shopping basket total (less tax), not the individual item. The chart below is for standard ground shipping to the lower 48 States. Any special order items not carried by may be subject to additional freight charges. If you are an international customer, the listed prices are to ship to the address you obtained (see below).

Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. If any or all of your shipment is missing, it too must be reported within 3 business days of delivery (check the tracking email that was sent to you for delivery date). Freight damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.

U.S. Customer Payment Options

Credit or Debit Card (U.S. Customers)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards as well as branded gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)  At the time of purchase, your credit card (or debit card) will be run for authorization only. Your card is charged at the time the first item of your order ships. We do not accept checks or purchase orders (you can use your checking account through PayPal).

If your order contains any made to order items (custom wheelchairs, custom wheelchair upholstery, any special order or made to order item not carried by, etc.). your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your order as soon as we have confirmation that the item is being processed or put into production.

When checking out, you will be prompted to enter the billing address of your credit (or debit) card. Please enter the address EXACTLY as it appears on your billing statement (include apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc). You will also be asked for your phone number. The phone number is only used in the event we need to contact you regarding your order. We can only accept a U.S. billing address (even if you are outside of the United States). If you are an international customer, consider using as noted below.

PayPal Checkout (U.S. Customers)

Once you navigate to the shopping cart, you will have the option to use PayPal Checkout and bypass the final checkout screen. Once you click the PayPal Checkout icon, you will be directed to PayPal's checkout screen for order completion. If your PayPal account is set up with a credit card or debit card, it is charged immediately. PayPal accounts linked to a checking account may take several days to process (your order ships once payment is confirmed). Your PayPal account must have a U.S. address for the billing address. To use PayPal you must have a PayPal account. More information is available from PayPal. 

Financing Your Purchase (U.S. Customers) offers financing for purchases $99.00 or more using the PayPal Credit service. Simply choose PayPal when checking out and select PayPal Credit. Financing is offered by Comenity Capital Bank and PayPal and all terms and conditions can change anytime without notice. You can read more about PayPal credit here.

International Customer Payment & Shipping

We have partnered with to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers. members receive deeply discounted shipping rates (this is a fee based service), exceptional customer service, 24/7 online access to their account, and access to other services.

Sign up with and receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise. provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.

Note: does not accept credit cards with a foreign billing address. If you do not have a credit card with a U.S. billing address, use's Personal Shopper service to make a purchase from accepts cards with international billing addresses as well as those issued by non-U.S. financial institutions. They also accept wire transfers and will make the purchase on your behalf. If you have a PayPal account you may be able to use PayPal to make your payment depending on the country you are in.

Coupon Codes & Promotions

From time to time, may offer coupon codes or special promotions. These apply to current orders only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for orders shipping to a California address, regardless of the billing address. Sales tax is not charged on shipping charges.

Free Shipping

Some items have the shipping price included in the price of the item and no additional shipping fees will be added (items under $500). The items with free shipping clearly state they carry free shipping in the product description. However, if you purchase an item with free shipping and an item without free shipping, you'll be responsible for the shipping charges for the other items (if under $500.00). Most of the items with free shipping are for the lower 48 States and don't apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. If you are a customer in one of these areas, please contact us and we can work with you to find out what the costs will be. If you are an international customer, free shipping only covers the shipping charges to the address you obtained (see above) and not the final destination.

Undeliverable Package

If your package is undeliverable due to customer error and returned to us, your credit card will be charged for the fees assessed by the carrier and additional fees to re-ship your order. Customer errors can include (but not limited to) not being able to take delivery or providing the wrong delivery address.

Back Orders

If one of the item(s) in your order is unavailable, we will ship the rest of your order immediately and send the balance of your order when it becomes available with no additional shipping charges.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is processed, in most cases we cannot cancel it. If you no longer want the item(s) you ordered, visit our Return Policy page to request a Return Goods Authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.
