Wheelchair Caster Wheel Spacers Fitment Notes
Many wheelchairs (both power wheelchairs and manual wheelchairs) today use spacers inside the caster fork on each side of the caster wheel when the hub width of the caster is narrower than the inside width of the caster fork. They are also handy when an exact size hub width caster wheel is not available for your wheelchair. If spacers are needed, typically you want one spacer on each side to keep the caster wheel centered in the caster fork. The inner diameter of the spacer has to be the same size as your axle.
