Fitment notes:
The Wheelchair Nylon Seat Back with 5 1/2 in. Bolt Pattern for E & J and Compatible fits many manual wheelchairs from Everest and Jennings (E & J), Tuffcare, S & D, Theradyne C, D and E Series plus some models from Drive including the Silver Series. Available sizes are 16" wide x 18" high, 18" wide x 18" high, and 20" wide x 18" high. It may fit other wheelchairs needing these dimensions. Special note: This wheelchair seat back was designed to work with or without the
sleeves. Some wheelchairs (especially ones with fixed armrests that are
attached to the seat cane) use seat back upholstery with a small sleeve at the top. If your current upholstery does not use sleeves, and the hole dimensions shown below match, this is your seat back. If your current wheelchair uses a sleeve at the top, and the two lower hole dimensions match, this is also your seat back (you won't use the upper two screws).
Choosing the right wheelchair upholstery size
All you need is width, depth or height, and the hole spacing. Measure the width of your wheelchair seat with the wheelchair completely unfolded. For the wheelchair seat, note the depth and for the wheelchair seat back, note the height. Next measure the distance between the holes that secure the seat or back (measuring from hole center to hole center). See image below.

Wheelchair Nylon Seat Back with 5 1/2 in. Center Bolt Pattern Installation Tips
Fold up the wheelchair seat slightly to reduce the tension on the upholstery. Unscrew the existing seat back and pull off. If your wheelchair uses the sleeves, pull them up over the seat canes (if you have hand grips, they may have to be pulled off). Slide the new seat back sleeves (if using) over the seat canes from top until the holes line up. Attach the screws and grommets and you are done.

Not bad, but could be better, June 16, 2016 By Charles (Maquoketa, IA)
Not the best, not the worst. The nylon has a tendency to tear out of the blue after less than a year, and it is very difficult to install on wheelchairs with fixed handle grips on the back canes. I recommend the vinyl over this product, or at least a more durable nylon alternative.
